Shops in Baltimore County struggle to offer curbside pickup

As parts of Maryland reopen, shop owners said they’re trying to get their stores fully staffed and come up with ways to provide curbside pickup, but fixing the issues could take some time. Baltimore County is one of five Maryland jurisdictions to partially follow the governor’s Stage One reopening directives, and as such, some stores that are allowed to reopen for curbside pickup are facing new challenges.
