Baltimore City’s stay-home order is being modified starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday to allow for curbside retail pickup. Mayor Jack Young announced Tuesday that retail businesses — including shops, restaurants and other food establishments, along with business districts throughout the city — can request temporary pick-up and drop-off zones for use by customers and delivery drivers.
