Need your items ASAP? Now you can buy your favorite styles online, and if available, drive up to your favorite LOFT store and an associate will bring your order to the trunk of your car.
How it works
Order Loft online
Place your order online and
select “Pick up at store”.

Call us when you arrive, and our Associate will place your order inside your trunk. Be sure to bring
your “ready to pickup”
For the safety of our customers and Associates, we cannot currently process
returns or make adjustments to your orders curbside.
What is curbside pickup?
To ensure the safety of our store associates and you, we now have curbside pickup available at select stores. On the product page, select your size, color and click Pick Up at Store. Follow the instructions to locate your store and see if they are participating. After placing your order, if the store has the item you selected, the store will begin preparing your order and you will receive a “curbside pickup is ready” email.
Drive to your store during the designated hours and call the phone number listed on your email. The store Associate will ask for your name, order number, vehicle type and color and direct you to the location for pickup. Please bring along your “curbside pickup” notification email to show the store associate through your car window.
Is curbside pickup available in all stores?
Curbside pickup is available in select stores. As states continue to open up retail businesses, curbside pickup may become available in your local store. To see if your store is offering curbside pickup, click here.
How soon can I pick up my order?
As soon as the store selected prepares your pick up, we’ll send you a “curbside pickup is ready” email. Once this email is received, please visit the store within the next four days to pick up your item(s) during the designated curbside pickup hours and call the phone number listed on your email. They will ask for your name, order number, vehicle type and color and direct you to the location for pick up. Please bring your “curbside pickup is ready” order confirmation email to show the store associate through your car window. Find store hours here. If you do not pick up your order four days after the email notification that your order is ready, your order will be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my items through curbside pickup?
For the safety of both our associates and our clients, we currently are unable to accept any returns or exchanges via curbside pickup. To find instructions on how to start a return and generate a pre-paid return label, click here.
Where at the store can I pick up my order?
When you arrive at the store, please call the phone number listed on your email. The store will direct you to the location for pickup.
What happens if I order for curbside pickup when the store is closed?
On the next business day, the store selected will begin to prepare your order. As soon as it’s ready for pickup, we’ll send you a “curbside pickup is ready” email. Please wait until you receive the email before picking up your order–you will have to show the “curbside pickup is ready” email to the store selected. Please note that hours for curbside pickup are limited. Find store hours here.
Can I pick up certain items via curbside pickup and have others shipped?
Yes. For items you would like to pick up, click the “Pick Up at Store” button and follow the instructions. For items you would like shipped, click the “Add To Bag” button. When you are ready to check out, your shopping bag will be split to show items for curbside pickup and items that will be shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
After you place your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total order amount. When your pickup is completed, that part of the order will be finalized and your credit card will be charged.
Can someone else pick up an order on my behalf?
Yes! You will see a place to add their information during the checkout process. They will also receive your “curbside pickup is ready” email. Once they arrive at the store location, they will need to call the phone number listed on the email. The store will ask for their name, order number, vehicle type and color and direct them to the location for pick up. They will need to show the “curbside pickup is ready” notification email through the car window.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes! Once you complete your pickup, you will be emailed a receipt.
Can I change my pickup store after I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, the pickup store cannot be changed after you’ve placed your order.
