Luzerne County residents won’t have to wait much longer until they can replenish their home liquor supplies.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced that curbside pickup will be available at select Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores across the state beginning Monday, including five locations in Luzerne County. Sales come with a number of limitations outlined in a document posted to its website Saturday.

All orders must be placed over the phone between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. from Monday through Saturday, “or until the store reaches the maximum number of orders it can fulfill that day,” the PLCB explained. Callers are limited to one order per store per day, and orders cannot exceed six bottles. Credit card payment is required with each phone order, and all sales are final.

Luzerne County stores accepting curbside pickup orders include the following locations:

— The Wilkes-Barre Township Marketplace at 2136 Wilkes-Barre Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, 570-824-1485.

— The Luzerne Shopping Center at 472 Union St., Luzerne, 570-331-6702.

— The Gateway Shopping Center in Edwardsville, 570-287-2128.

— Weis Markets Shopping Center at 223 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountain Top, 570-403-7850.

— 7 George Ave. in Wilkes-Barre, 570-821-9862.

The PLCB — which had closed all Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores on March 17 in response to the coronavirus pandemic — stated that each store will take “a limited number of orders” for curbside pickup. It did not specify further.
