Curbside Pickup Purchases

Curbside Pickup is a free service that lets you shop your club and pick up your order, all without leaving your car. Shop online or in the Sam’s Club app. When your order is ready, just head to the club and check in via text or app. Park in a curbside Pickup spot, and we’ll load your car for you.

  • After purchasing a membership, it may take up to 24 hours for our systems to fully recognize your information if this is your first Pickup order.

  • Like our website, Pickup shopping is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Sam’s Club currently does not offer site-to-club ordering.

  • Refrigerator and freezer items are held in an appropriately temperate freezer/cooler area until you arrive.

Placing a Curbside Pickup order online.

To place a Pickup order, you must first select a club location. Select “Pick up in Club” on the product page of any item eligible for Curbside Pickup. If the option is not presented, the item is either out of stock or not available for Pickup.

  1. In your cart, verify that your desired club location is chosen on the items you would like to pick up.

  2. You may change quantities, delete items or change clubs by clicking on the respective buttons.

  3. Click on the drop-down list to select the day and time you would like to pick up your items. If a time slot is grayed out, an order cannot be placed during that time.

  4. Review your order information and click Place Your Order Now when finished.

  5. You will receive two emails: one confirming that your order was placed, and another to let you know your order is ready for Pickup.

Pickup order details.

  • We’ll hold your Pickup order for up to 24 hours after your requested pickup time. Orders not picked up within 24 hours are subject to cancellation.

    • Fresh items will only be available for Pickup on your selected day.

    • Sam’s Club reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for orders not picked up on time or not picked up at all (see terms).

  • You will receive an email if your order is canceled.

  • Payment for your Curbside Pickup order must be made online or in the Sam’s Club app at the time of purchase.

  • You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Sam’s Club Credit Card, Sam’s Club Gift Card or Debit Card.

    • Item availability depends on inventory at your local Sam’s Club.

    • If an item does not have the option to “Pick up in Club,” it may be out of stock or not available at the selected club.

  • Prices may vary by club and are subject to change without notice

Repeat Curbside Pickup orders.

Curbside Pickup includes Order History and Shopping List functions, so you can repeat the same order or edit the order before resubmitting it. Log in to your online account and check your Order History on the Account page.

Easy reorder can also be set up with a cadence/schedule to regularly reorder. Simply click on the Easy Reorder link at the top right of the screen. Follow the prompts to confirm or select your home club and select items to add from past orders or upload a list.
