How to place an online order for Storefront / Curbside Pickup

  1. Shop online at www.memoryexpress.com and select either “Prepaid Storefront / Curbside Pickup” (preferred) or “Pickup In-store (pay at store)” when you check out.
  2. Once your order is submitted, our store stafff will review and prepare your order for pick-up. You will be contacted once order is ready for pick-up. Typically this take up to two hours if the order is placed during normal store hours but can take longer during peak times..
  3. Proceed to the store at your convenience to pick up your order. Bring a government-issued Photo ID with you when picking up your order along with your order number.
  4. Once you arrive at the store, call the store at the number posted at the store and follow the instructions provided to pick-up your order

Which location(s) is Storefront / Curbside Pickup available at?

Storefront / Curbside Pickup is currently available at our Hamilton, Winnipeg, Victoria, Vancouver and Burnaby locations. Our Winnipeg & Burnaby also offer limited walk-in sales and service in addition to Storefront / Curbside Pickup. We will be adding more locations in the future – check our website and social media for updates!

What is the difference between Prepaid Storefront / Curbside Pickup and Pickup In-store (pay at store)?

With Prepaid Storefront / Curbside Pickup you to pay for your order online while with Pickup In-store (pay at store), you pay for your order when picking up.

What payment methods do you accept?

– Prepaid Storefront / Curbside Pickup: Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard).
– Pickup In-store (pay at store): Interac or Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard)

When do I need to pick up my order?

Once your Storefront / Curbside Pickup order is ready for pickup, please pick up your order with 48 hours. Order not picked up after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled. If you require the order held longer than 48 hours, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I place a order for a custom or build-to-order computer system for Storefront / Curbside Pickup?

Due to staff shortages, the availability and lead time for our computer assembly service may vary by location. Please contact your pickup location to verify the availability and turnaround times before placing your order for a custom or build to order computer system for Storefront / Curbside pick up on our website. Custom / build-to-order computer system are PREPAID only.

Can I order Special Order products for Prepaid Storefront / Curbside Pickup?

Due to staff shortages, the availability of our Special Order service maybe vary by location; lead time for Special Order items can also vary greatly due to the current global COVID-19 situation. Please contact your pickup location to verify the availability and lead time of Special Order products. To avoid delays to your order, special order products should be ordered seperately from instock products. Special Orders are PREPAID only .
